The People Team is a multi-departmental service that Trolling Troop operates to assist in the moderation and support services available at Trolling Troop. Both departments work closely with one another to provide a smooth service, with our Internal Affairs Team dealing with reports and concerns, and our Human Resources Team dealing with appeals, support and other enquiries.
Our mission is to provide an unbiased and quality support service to the members of Trolling Troop whenever they have any concerns, reports or moderative needs.
Our People Team's motto is "fair, professional, excellence" and our staff work incredibly hard to ensure that you receive the best service you can. Our members are trained to respond to cases fairly, without any biases or prejudices, and any personal influences are heavily considered before carrying out moderative action.
If you wish to appeal a punishment, make a report or ask a question, please join our server.
Trolling Troop Management and their staff members reserve the right to amend these guidelines, and moderate outside of these guidelines on a case per case basis at the discretion of the moderator. Members have the right to appeal moderative action for up to 21 days after the moderative action, unless otherwise specified. By participating in our server, you signal your acceptance of these guidelines.

Part 4d. Video & Audio Recording in VCs
The recording of video & audio content is permitted within our voice channels, especially when playing games. This is due to many of our members implementing "clipping" software such as Medal, Game Clipping or streaming to services like Twitch.ttv. Management may also record conversations from time time for quality and safety assurance; content recorded is deleted unless the content includes evidence of a guideline being broken / unacceptable usage.
Part 5a. Intellectual Property & Creations

This means that our staff can decide whether the respective guidelines are applicable in each situation, and the severity of any actions which must be taken.
Part 6b. Further Discretion
Moderators have the authority to address and moderate behaviours not explicitly covered in these guidelines. If a situation arises that is not directly listed but is deemed disruptive or harmful to the community, moderators may step in to manage it. In cases of unlisted offenses, members will generally be given one opportunity to cease the behavior before the scenario is escalated to more serious actions. This flexibility ensures a safe and respectful environment for everyone, allowing moderators to act in the community’s best interests as needed.
By engaging in services provided by Lightning Designs LLC, its subsidiaries, or any affiliated entities, including Trolling Troop, you grant permission to the Senior Management Team to capture photographs, videos, or other media that may feature you during the course of interactions. These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, or internal purposes at the discretion of the management team. Additionally, by participating in any activities or services associated with the company, you acknowledge that management may, at their discretion, request or take possession of personal items, such as electronic devices or food, as part of any operational, promotional, or team-building activities. This clause also applies to any previous or current members of any of our services.
Following recent incidents involving member(s) of our Trolling Troop Management Team, and outside members, we have introduced "Kate's Law", which aims to remove biases towards members based on relationships with the leadership team. Our transparency at Trolling Troop has allowed us to reflect on two recent incidents, involving Kate and others who remain nameless, where special treatment was given to Kate which caused unfair treatments of our members.
Part 8a. Equal Opportunities & Permissions.
We believe in equal opportunities. As part of this protocol, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy to unfair promotions. We define unfair promotions as; "providing family members, friends or partners, with more lenience or bias when moderating or assigning ranks without regard for qualified candidates". In the case of conflict, another member of management must liaise with the Safeguarding Lead to evaluate potential solutions without bias.
Part 8b. Safeguarding Lead.
We have created a .🛟Safeguarding Lead. role with elevated powers and permissions, currently assigned to George Collins (George Grafty) with the aim of preventing unfair treatment across our services. The Safeguarding Lead will be available at any time, to confidentially respond to any concerns regarding relations, wellbeing or the safety of our members. This role should hopefully provide a voice to members of the server who would otherwise feel unable to voice concerns.
Part 9a. Fair Usage.
To ensure that any existing conversations in our channels are unaffected by the use of attachments and GIFs, we ask that members with access to an Emoji Passport ensure that their GIF is either a) relevant to the current conversation, or b) used to display / add to the conversation. These GIFs should be used with respect for other content, and must not be used to spam or cause a divide in the conversations.
Part 9b. Appropriate GIFs.
Our .🛟Safeguarding Lead. has set out to ensure that any GIFs that are sent in our channels are appropriate for use, in their environment. GIFs must comply with our other regulations, and must not insinuate any offensive messages or ideologies.
Part 9c. Improper Usage Offence.
This occurs when members make an attempt to send, distribute or display GIFs or attachments without the express permission or right to do so. This is a minor offence depending on the quantity of offences. More than 10 offences will result in a logged warning with Dyno and more than 20 offences will result in a temporary ban from Trolling Troop services.
